Our Mission

Ian Marshall, based in Bunbury, WA, is an Offshore Energy Consultant with over 20 years of experience in energy transition. As the Founder of Collective Blue, he offers consulting services to offshore wind developers, governments, and the supply chain, focusing on strategy and stakeholder engagement. With extensive experience across Europe, Asia and Australia, Ian creates development plans that ensure offshore wind projects are technically robust, commercially viable and socially responsible. He also sits on the board of Subsea Energy Australia (SEA), playing a key role in driving Australia's energy transition.
